Frequently Asked Questions

Can I still print my tickets at home?

No. As part as our new initiative to keep our patrons safe, the Delray Beach Open will be replacing hard tickets and print-at-home tickets with mobile ticketing only.

What if I don’t have a smartphone?

If you do not have a smart phone, please contact the box office at 561-330-6000 ex. 1.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes. When accessing your tickets through your Delray Beach Open Account Manager, tap on the session and you will be able to swipe right to left through your purchased tickets. We strongly encourage saving your tickets to your digital wallet.

I have an Android and cannot add my ticket to my mobile wallet. How do I get in the stadium?

If you are having issues adding your tickets to your mobile wallet, you can log on to your Account Manager using the web browser.

What if my entire party is not with me when I enter the site?

Every fan must present a ticket to enter the gates. If your party is not with you, you are able to transfer the tickets to them via your smart phone so they can enter separately.

Once I transfer my tickets to someone can they transfer to someone else?

Yes. There is no limit to the amount of times a ticket can be transferred.

What if I transfer tickets to someone who does not have a Delray Beach Open Account Manager?

If the person does not have a Delray Beach Open Account Manager, they will need to create one to accept the tickets. You can create an account at https://am.ticketmaster.com/matchpoint/#/.
