• Filet Mignon Salad - Filet Mignon cooked medium and served room temperature with fresh spring mix topped with Gorgonzola cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and asparagus
• Mango Sea Bass - Pan seared Sea Bass set on a bed of greens topped with mango chutney and garnished with cucumber, tomatoes and served with Italian vinaigrette.
• Garlic & Basil Encrusted Chicken Breast - Set on a green mix served with couscous, red ripe tomatoes, cucumber and grilled vegetables, served with creamy Italian dressing
