Q: How do I know when "PLAYER" is playing?

A: Once the draw is made (Sat., Feb. 9), the tournament committee will schedule the opening round of matches that are played Sat., Feb. 9 and Mon., Feb. 11. Each night following the matches, the tournament committee will schedule the matches for the following day. The up to date schedule can be found on the Schedule.

Q: Where do I park?

A: General parking can be found in two locations. The $7 lot can be found on the south side of Atlantic Avenue, opposite the Delray Beach Tennis Center. The $5 shuttle lot is north of the Delray Beach Tennis Center and can be found by following the many parking directional signs starting on Atlantic Avenue. Fans having parking passes should follow the color-coded signs matching their parking pass.

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: If a session is cancelled due to weather, the tournament will make every effort to accommodate the ticket holder on the session which the cancelled match is to resume.

Q: What is a session?

A: A session is a designated schedule of matches for a specific period of time. Some days will feature both an afternoon and evening session while others feature solely an afternoon session.

Q: How many matches are in a session?

A: A session can be two matches played on one court and as many as eight matches played on three courts. The number of matches planned for each session can be found on the Schedule page of this web site.

Q: Does my ticket for the afternoon session give me access to the night session and vice-versa?

A: A ticket for an afternoon session does not allow seating on stadium court for the evening session. It will allow you to remain on-site and enjoy the entertainment, food, beverages and the matches on the outside courts. A ticket for the evening session will not allow access to the tournament site until one hour before the evening matches begin.

Q: What food and beverage options are available on-site?

A: Fans may choose to enjoy a 4-star dining experience on-site at Bova Ristorante or a sampling of local favorites at the Food Court. For quicker "grab n' go" items, many snack stations are available serving pretzels, popcorn, etc.
